Terms of service.

Artist/Photographer retains sole ownership and copyrights related to artwork and photographs. Images are licensed, not sold, and can only be used under specific conditions. The purchased art/photos are solely for personal use, intended to be displayed in your home, office, etc. but may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed for commercial purposes. There are no authorized alterations to any purchased items, without written consent from myself (Alyssia Howard).

For any public use, such as social medias, we require that client(s) credit AVC Photography LLC as the Artist/Photographer.

Artist/Photographer uses own creative judgment and discretion when capturing images and editing work. We reserve the right to used finished work to build portfolio and self-promote on our websites and social medias.

All final payments are to be rendered upon completion of Service with a 50% upfront payment on said Services like Portraits, Headshots, and Special Events.

If you cancel or no-show on your scheduled appointment, the upfront service fee is non-refundable.

Travel Expenses will be added depending on locations.

Rush fee and extra editing will be $50/hour.

Shipping will be made via UPS Ground and will be done in a timely manner., but AVC Photography LLC will not be liable for delays that are out of our control such as delayed shipment, equipment failure, or data loss.

Placing an order for Services or Shop, indicates client acceptance of these terms snd conditions.
